Management Committee

Hillside Residents Association is managed via a Committee, which is elected annually at the AGM. The role of the Management Committee is to lead the work of the Association to meet the needs of the communities served and the overall aims of the Association, as detailed in the Constitution. Key points are:

1. The Management Committee can be up to 10 members, ideally in the proportion of the membership across the three communities served (Darley Hillside, Northwood & Tinkersley and Two Dales.

2. The Management Committee will include a Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary and Treasurer.

3. It will meet a minimum of three times a year plus attend the AGM. 

4. Minutes of the meetings will be taken and when approved will be published on this website. (Link to Management Committee Minutes)

5. Members will be expected to follow the Nolan Seven Principles of Public Life (appendix to Constitution)

Currently there are four Management committee members:

Barry Mellor - Darley Hillside, Chair (and currently Treasurer)

Ellie Jones - Northwood & Tinkersley

Corrie Strong - Northwood & Tinkersley

Ruth Young - Two Dales
